The Lovers - The Little Rowboat
From the people who bought you “A Space Oddity”, commissioned by PIAF 2002, a brand new commission to be launched at the World’s Festival ISAF December 2011. A new and exciting performance project created by artists Scott Henman and Beck Wilson. “The Lovers”, is a whimsical, romantic travelling story. A moving theatre piece with picnics, sonnets, poetry, roses and music in an exquisite land based rowboat. A romantic take on an enduring theme. A tale of gentler times.
The Artists
Scott Henman.
Over 20 years experience as musician, artist, circus and character performer. Scott has performed and produced high caliber theatre works in Australia, Europe and Canada. He is Co-Director of the Fairground Production House.
Beck Wilson.
Beck is a performer and producer with The Fairground Production House. Beck has a background in circus, ballet, kung fu, journalism, film, TV and direction. Her performances solo and in groups have taken her all around the world.
