ENP athlete, Colombian Nicolas Lozano, was in seventh place in the RS:Xs this morning, coming into the final day of racing, although also suffered a bad start to the day, after receiving an OCS (On Course Side - meaning he broke the start).
In the Laser competition - the ENP Regatta - Nik Ashraf, of Malaysia, was leading the ENP field (in fourth place overall) at the end of the first two days of racing. ENP athletes Moldova's Alexandr Denisiuc, Peruvian Alexander Zimmermann, Peter Henry of the Cook Islands and Andrew Lewis, of Trinidad and Tobago all placed in the top 10 - in 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th spots, respectively.
Perth's best sailors are providing strong competition for the Laser athletes and with racing tight this morning, it is going to be a tough race to the finish this afternoon to place in the top three.
