Santiago Grillo
Santiago started sailing as an eight year-old in 1996, but waited until 2007 to try his hand at the RS-X class.
The 23 year-old has since made a very steady progress in the sport, finishing 71st at the last world championships.
He hopes to compete at the London Olympic Games in 2012 and continue to compete at a national and international level in the RS-X Sailboard class.
