Sponsorship Manager
Western Australia 2011 Pty Ltd, the body responsible for organising the Perth 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships, is seeking a professional, dynamic and experienced Sponsorship Manager to join its commercial team.
Perth 2011 has attracted an array of international and national commercial partners that require a level of professionalism and experience to deliver measurable return on investment whilst maintaining the integrity of the vision for Perth 2011.
Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations, the Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for the servicing of sponsors, contract management and implementation, reporting and liaison with all commercial partners of the Sailing World Championships, including the Western Australian and Federal Governments.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in sports sponsorship delivery, sales and marketing. A history of working with large commercial entities will be viewed favourably. Western Australia 2011 seeks an individual with a ‘flair’ for identifying business opportunities and a proven ability to deliver ‘win-win’ outcomes. Strong business networks and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a time sensitive commercial environment are essential.
